happyfish > Hussain Sagar Lake, Hyderabad. Sunset over the lake with rowers making the most of it. You would not know it from this photo but the traffic behind me while taking this was absolute madness.
happyfish > Golkonda Fort, Hyderabad. It only takes a short while to hike up to the top of the fort and see a spectacular view of Hyderabad. A lot of local tourists flock to this fort and at times I think WE almost became the tourist attractions, being westerners. Quite a few celebrity style group photos, handshakes and comparisons to Australian Cricket team players and we quietly escaped the crowds sneaking back down through the maze of stairs, tombs and passages. I never really thought I resembled Adam Gilchrist, let alone Ricky Ponting.
happyfish > (nearby) Botanical Gardens, Melbourne. A day of heavy rain (some might say typical Melbourne weather) brings out the best in any garden.
